Moldova's winemaking tradition stretches back five millennia. Our sommelier maps the country's finest cellars — and Georgia's, Romania's, France's — pouring bottles that tell the story of this terroir.
An intimate 8-seat room beside SILK, reserved for one party at a time. Five to seven pours, paired course-by-course with a chef's tasting from the kitchen. Two-hour sessions, by reservation.
SILK extends to the infinity pool terrace. Light bites, cocktails, and the sound of water against the valley backdrop. From late morning to sunset.
